These terms govern your use of this website and any estimate we provide. Using this site means you accept them. They do not replace the written contract for your project — if there's ever a conflict, your signed contract controls.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any price shown on this website — including the $9,000–$25,000+ range — is a general guide based on typical projects, not an offer or a guaranteed price for your home. Your actual price is set only by a written estimate after we inspect the property.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days and are based on conditions visible at the time of inspection.
Concealed conditions
Siding work regularly uncovers damage that could not be seen beforehand, such as rot in the sheathing or framing. If we find concealed damage, we will stop, document it, and obtain your written approval for any additional scope and cost before continuing. We do not add charges without your approval.
Scheduling and weather
Timelines are good-faith estimates. Weather, material availability, and concealed conditions can affect the schedule. We will not leave open wall assemblies exposed to weather in order to meet a date.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms are set out in writing in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on siding products are provided by the manufacturer, are separate from ours, and are subject to their terms and installation requirements.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and schedules are set out in your project contract.
